摘 要:瑜伽通过呼吸、冥想和体式练习,可以从整体上完善人的身体和内心,达到身心整合,促进人的全面发展。文章通过阐述和剖析瑜伽的特点与功能,以期为练习者建立科学、健康、合理的生活方式提供可参考的理论依据。With the technological progress and economic development, people’s living standards on the whole have been greatly improved, and there are undergone significant changes in our lifestyle. Modern lifestyle brings convenience, enjoyment and delight, also poses a growing threat to human health, such as reduceing physical activity, nutrition, psychological pressures, and so on. Through breathing, meditation and yoga Asana, yoga can improve people’s body and mind as a whole to achieve physical and mental integration and promote people’s all-round development. In this article, the authors explain and analyze the features and functions of yoga, for the practitioners to establish scientific and reasonable lifestyle, health, and then provide reference basis.
