基于中医传承辅助平台系统紧张型头痛的组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件,分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以中医药治疗紧张型头痛的组方用药规律。方法:筛选Cnki上中医药治疗紧张性头痛的文献并建立方剂数据库,方剂逐一录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出治疗紧张型头痛的方剂140首,涉及中药170味。确定了处方中药物出现的频次,常用药对及组合,演化得到新处方12首。结论:中国期刊全文数据库中收录治疗紧张型头痛的方剂以理气活血、平肝潜阳、疏肝解郁、祛风解肌止痛、燥湿化痰、补血益气为主,为中医药临床靶向治疗紧张型头痛提供依据。Objective：Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform system,to analyze prescription reg-ularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tension-type headache in Chinese journal full text database （CNKI）. Methods：Studies on treatment of tension-type headache with TCM in CNKI were screened to establish prescription database and the formula were put into TCMinheritance support platform one by one.The method of Software integration was used for data min-ing to conduct composition analysis on prescriptions.Results：One hundred and forty prescriptions in treating tension-type headache were screened,involving 1 70 flavors of Chinese medicine.Conclusion：Prescriptions treating tension-type headache included in the Chinese periodical full text database mainly worked to regulate qi and activate blood circulation,calm the liver,relieve the de-pressed liver,expele wind,eliminate dampness and phlegm,tonify blood and qi,which has provided the basis for the clinical treatment on tension-type headache target.
