摘  要:目的探讨学龄期白血病患儿首次经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)的真实感受和需求,为制定个性化的护理措施提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,对2014年5-9月某大学附属儿童医院血液科留置PICC的20例学龄期白血病患儿进行半结构式访谈,应用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析资料。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼,归纳出学龄期白血病患儿首次PICC置管真实感受的3个主题:不适的躯体体验,复杂的心理体验,强烈的信息需求。结论学龄期白血病患儿对PICC置管的体验与需求呈现复杂性与阶段性特征,护士应根据患儿置管后的具体情况给予针对性护理,满足其个性化需求,以帮助患儿更好地适应带管生活,预防并发症的发生,顺利完成后续治疗。Objective To explore the lived experience and needs of school-age children with acute leukemia with first time PICC,so as to provide evidence for development of individualized nursing measures.Methods Totally 20 school age children with PICC were selected and participated in semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed by the Colaizzi phenomenological methodology .Results Through reading, analyzing,reflecting,organizing and extracting,three themes were extracted including uncomfortable body experience,complex psychological experience and strong demand of information.Conclusion The experience and demand of school age children with PICC is complex and with stage characteristics.Nursing staffs should give corresponding nursing according to specific circumstances in order to meet their individualized needs and prevent the incidence of complication,and smoothly complete the treatment.
