摘　　要：在环境和资源的双重约束下,发展战略性新兴产业已经成为各地区的必然选择。由于我国区域差异性的存在,如何选择正确的战略性新兴产业,从而避免各地区出现重复建设无疑具有十分重要的意义。以层次分析法和模糊综合评价法为基础,力图构建一种评价模型,依托模型来研判一个地区是否适合发展某种产业,从而为地区政府选择合适的区域战略性新兴产业提供切实可行的操作方法。With the environment and resource constraints, strategic emerging industries have become an in evitable choice of various regions. Due to regional differences in China, how to choose the correct strategic emerging industries to avoid duplicate construction in various regions is of great significance. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper tries to construct an eval uation model which is used to judge whether a region is suitable for development of some industries,so as to enable the local government to choose the appropriate regional strategic emerging industries.
