摘　　要：预测社会平均工资,对政府、社会出台一些政策、法律法规以及城镇远景规划等具有重要的参考意义,运用经济学、统计学、微积分、Logistic阻滞增长理论,MATLAB软件、函数拟合等方法,建立了平均工资的二次函数预测模型、指数函数预测模型以及Logistic阻滞增长预测模型.并运用模型预测出了山东省未来几年(2011-2035)职工的年平均工资.In this paper, based on economics, statistics, calculus, Logistic block growth theory, MATLAB software and function fitting method, the function prediction model, the exponential function model and the Logistic block growth model of the average wage are established. These models can be used to predict the average anmual wages of staff and workers in Shandong province in the near future years （2011-2035）.
