小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合高压氧治疗放射性脑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白注射液(奥德金)联合高压氧临床治疗放射性脑病的疗效。方法将64例鼻咽癌放射治疗后并发的放射性脑病患者,随机分成试验组(奥德金联合高压氧)和对照组(高压氧),每组均32例,观察两组治疗前后的临床评分、头颅病灶体积、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分的变化。结果试验组临床治疗的总有效率为84.4%,对照组临床治疗的总有效率为53.1%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组和对照组颅内病灶体积均比治疗前降低,且试验组体积减小程度显著高于对照组;WHOQOL-BREF评分显示在生理、心理、社会关系、总的生活和总的健康评分方面试验组较对照组均有明显改善,仅在环境领域评分方面比较无统计学差异。结论高压氧是一种临床治疗放射性脑病的有效辅助手段,奥德金联合高压氧治疗放射性脑病临床疗效更明显。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of deproteinized calf blood serum injection （Aodejin） combined with hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） in the treatment of radiation encephalopathy （REP）.Methods 64 cases of radiation encephalopathy （REP） after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into two groups with 32 cases in each according to the order of admission randomly. The trial group were given conventional treatment combined with Aodejin and HBO. The control group were given treatment of HBO only. The clinical effect, the lesion volume in cranial MRI and WHOQOL-BREF scores were compared before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results The trial group got a significantly higher excelence （46.9%） and total effective （84.4%） than the control group （21.9% and 53.1%）. The lesions volum of MRI in 2 groups were less than those after treatment. The lesions volum in the trial group was significantly less than those of the control group, the differences were statisticaly significant. The physiological, psychological, social environmental, general life and health scores increased more in the trial group than those of the control group. Furthermore, there was no significant difference in environment domain between 2 groups.Conclusion Deproteinized calf blood serum injection （Aodejin） combined with HBO is more effective treatment than HBO only in the treatment of REP.
