摘　　要：社会实践活动为高职院校的学生提供了个人能力锻炼的场所,学生在实践活动中能够学习到课堂中涉及不到的知识,通过与社会的接触极大地缩短学生的社会化进程,同时作为高职院校的技能型人才为社会发展注入新鲜的血液。在本文中,笔者将基于实际工作的经验,综合分析社会实践对高职院校学生就业力提升的影响,并尝试性提出相关可行性建议。The students＆#39;social practice provides individual training places for students in higher vocational colleges.Students can learn the knowledge that doesn＆#39;t involve in the classroom in practical activities.The process of socialization of students can greatly be shortened through contact with society,at the same time,they are as the skilled talents in higher vocational colleges to inject fresh blood for social development.In this paper,the author will make a comprehensive analysis of the social practice of enhancing employability of students in higher vocational colleges based on the experience of practical work and tries to put forward relevant suggestions.
