高校志愿服务的德育功能及优化对策——以温州科技职业学院为例

摘　　要：高校学生参加高校志愿服务活动既锻炼自我又服务他人，既提升素质又奉献社会，具有高校里其他德育形式无法代替的作用。温州科技职业学院志愿服务活动有二十多年的历史，取得了很好的成效，在培养学生学农、亲农情感，专业情操、服。务意识，民族精神、爱国情怀，感知国情民意、增强社会责任感等方面功能显著。提出了通过建立健全的规章制度，确立稳定的志愿者服务基地，积极争取外部支持促进德育效果提升的优化对策。College students attend the university volunteer service activities not only exercise self and service to others, but also enhance the quality and dedication to society, has the function of moral education can＇t be replaced by other forms of universities. Volunteer activities history of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology has over 20 years, obtained very good result significantly in many ways, contribute to the emotion cultivation of students＇ study agriculture and dear agriculture, cultivate professional sentiment and service consciousness, develop the national spirit and patriotism, help the perception o f situation of public opinion and enhance the sense of social responsibility and many other functions, optimization countermeasures are put forward, such as establishment of a perfect system of rules and regulations, establish stable volunteer bases, seek external support actively in order to upgrade the quality of moral education.
