摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同替代水平辐照豆粕对肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及免疫器官指数的影响,以确定辐照豆粕在肉鸡日粮中的适宜添加水平。试验选取体重相近且健康状况良好的1日龄肉仔鸡560只,随机分成4组(每组4个重复,每个重复34只):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上用辐照豆粕替代普通豆粕,辐照豆粕占日粮的比例分别为0%、5%、10%、15%的辐照豆粕替代普通豆粕。试验期42天。结果表明:(1)试验前期(1~21天),辐照豆粕对肉鸡生产性能无显著影响(P〉0.05),但从后期(22~42天)及整个试验期看,辐照豆粕能够显著降低肉鸡饲料增重比(P〈0.01);(2)10%、15%辐照豆粕均能够显著提高肉鸡血清总蛋白浓度(P〈0.05);(3)10%、15%辐照豆粕均能够显著提高肉鸡血清T—SOD活力(P〈0.01);(4)10%辐照豆粕能够显著提高肉鸡胸腺指数(P〈0.05)。由此可见,辐照豆粕替代普通豆粕后,有助于促进肉鸡生长,提高其免疫力与抗氧化能力。To determine the optimum supplemental level of irradiation-soybean for broiler diet, this experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of irradiation-soybean on performance, serum biochemical indexes and the immune organ index in broilers. 560 healthy broilers with near weight were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 34 chickens per replicate. Control group was fed a basal diet, and test groups were fed the basal diet replaced some of common soybean meal with 5%, 10% and 15% irradiation-soybean meal, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: (1) The average daily gain and average daily feed intake of broilers among groups were not different significantly (P〉0.05) during 1-21days. The feed/gain of groups fed irradiation-soybean was significantly reduced during 1-42 day (P〈0.01). (2) Compared with the control group, the total serum protein of broilers with diets supplied 10% and 15% irradiation-soybean increased significantly (P〈0.05). (3) The diet with 10% and 15% irradiation-soybean can significantly improve the serum T-SOD activity (P〈0.01). (4) The thymus index of broilers in group supplemented 10% irradiation-soybean was higher(P〈0.05). It is concluded that the irradiation-soybean supplementation in the basal diet can promote the growth of broilers, and improve the immunity and oxidation resistance.
