摘 要:构建应用型本科院校是我国高等教育结构调整的重要组成部分。任何事物都有其成长机理,对应用型本科院校成长机理的认识和把握是应用型本科院校构建的前提。在应用型本科院校构建过程中,成长主体、成长定位和基本原则以成长目标为导向。成长主体是成长目标、成长定位及基本原则的活水源头,准确的成长定位能确保成长主体按照基本原则实现成长目标。应用型本科院校的成长机理是由成长目标、成长主体、成长定位及基本原则四个方面组成的相互联系、相互促进的有机体。The ongoing construction of application -oriented undergraduate colleges is an important part of structure adjustment of high- er education in china. Everything has its growth mechanism. To recognize and grasp the growth mechanism of application - oriented un- dergraduate colleges is the premise and foundation of building application - oriented undergraduate colleges. In the course of the appli- cation of undergraduate colleges, the growth subject, the growth orientation and the basic principle are oriented to the growth target. The growth subject is the living water source of the growt.h target, the growth position and the basic principle. Accurate growth positioning can ensure that the growth subject achieves goals in accordance with the basic principles. In a word, the growth mechanism of applica- tion - oriented undergraduate colleges contains four parts as follows the target, subject, positioning and the basic principle of growth, which is a mutual connected, mutual promoted organism.
