摘  要:探讨LUNX m RNA作为肺癌微转移检测分子标志物的可行性。临床纳入20例确诊为可以进行手术治疗的中早期非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung carcinoma,NSCLC)患者,分别于术前、术后即刻以及术后1 w采集患者的外周血液,使用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测肺癌特异性基因LUNX的表达。此外,研究纳入10例肺部良性疾病患者,亦进行肺癌特异性基因LUNX表达的RT-PCR检测。20例中早期非小细胞肺癌患者中,有9例患者的外周血中检测到LUNX m RNA的表达;10例肺部良性疾病患者的外周血中,均未检测到LUNX m RNA的表达。采用RT-PCR法进行外周血LUNX m RNA表达的检测,是目前较为理想的诊断中早期非小细胞肺癌患者是否发生微转移的方法。手术治疗中早期非小细胞肺癌患者,能够减低患者术后远处转移的发生。手术操作可能促进肿瘤细胞向外周血的脱落。To study the feasibility of LUNX m RNA as lung cancer micro metastases detection molecular marker,20 surgical-treatment-performable patients who were diagnosed as having early or middle non-small cell lung carcinoma( NSCLS) were selected.Peripheral blood of these patients was collected before,immediately after,and one week after the surgery. The RT-PCR was used to detect lung cancer specific gene LUNX’s expression. Besides,10 patients with lung benign disease were also involved in this study.And also the RT-PCR was used to detect lung cancer specific gene LUNX’s expression. The results showed that LUNX m RNA’s expression was detected in the peripheral blood of 9 of the 20 patients with early or middle NSCLS,while no LUNX m RNA’s expression was detected in the peripheral blood of 10 patients with benign lung disease. It is a currently fairly ideal method to use RT-PCR to detect the expression of LUNX m RNA in peripheral blood in order to diagnose whether micro metastases happen to patients with NSCLS. Surgical treatment to patients with NSCLS can decrease the occurrence of distant metastases. Surgery can promote tumor cells’ fall-off towards peripheral blood.
