摘 要:根据弯曲钢丝绳结构特点及股内钢丝的缠绕关系,研究了钢丝绳弯曲状态绳股内钢丝的曲率变化特性。分析了弯曲状态下6×36WS+IWRC右交互捻和右同向捻钢丝绳股内钢丝的曲率分布。结果表明:股内一次捻制钢丝和二次捻制钢丝的曲率随旋转角变化均呈周期性波动;由于转角的影响,不同相位及空间位置的钢丝曲率变化沿钢丝绳长度方向呈不均匀分布。According to the relationship between characteristics and winding state of the bending wire rope,study on the change of curvature characteristics of bending wire rope.The distribution of curvature in different layers of the wire rope in right regular lay and right lang lay were contrasted.The obtained results showed that that the curvature of single and double helical wires was fluctuated with the rotation angle. Due to the influence of the rotation angle ,the curvature of the wire rope in different phase and spatial position along the length of rope is not evenly distributed.
