摘 要:为提高生产过程的连续性,在设备间设置缓冲区,假设上游设备不能修复如新的条件下,以缓冲区库存控制K和设备更换前故障次数N为决策变量,运用几何过程建立了退化系统维修更换模型。以最小化系统运行成本为目标,利用更新过程理论求得系统平均费用率C(N,K),并给出求解最优联合策略的演化算法。借助数值算例演示了本模型,通过灵敏度分析确定了最优策略和相关参数的关系。To improve the continuity of production process, a deteriorating system with intermediate buffers was presented. Under the assumption that a machine could not be repaired as good as new, a replacement model of dete- riorating system with geometric process was built by taking buffer of buffer K stock and replacement policy N as the decision variables. The minimum operating cost was taken as the objective to obtain the average cost rate C(N,K) of system, and the evolution algorithm for solving optimal joint policy was given. A numerical example was used to illustrate the proposed model, and the impact of some parameters on the optimal policy was studied.
