摘  要:为使产品创新过程中概念设计方案的评价决策充分考虑客户的需求偏好特征,提升客户的综合满意度,提出一种基于客户聚类分析的产品概念设计方案评价决策新方法。该方法首先基于客户对各设计方案的需求偏好信息,通过利用图论工具并对无向图连通子图的输出完成需求偏好相似客户的聚类;其次考虑到产品设计成本与客户满意度之间的矛盾,通过建立客户聚类评价准则确定最佳聚类结果;然后结合优势数分析的方案评价排序方法,实现各客户聚类所对应最优产品概念设计方案的评价决策;最后重点考虑新增客户的快速聚类及需求方案的推荐实现流程。以电冰箱产品创新过程中概念设计方案的评价决策为例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。To make full consideration of product conceptual design's scheme evaluation and decision on the demand preferences of customers and to further enhance customer satisfaction during the products innovation process, an evaluation and decision method based on customer clustering analysis was proposed. Based on the analysis of customers' demand preferences, the process of similar demand preferences customers clustering was constructed by using graph theory with output of undirected connected sub-graph. By considering the contradictions between the product innovation design scale and design costs, the evaluation criteria of customer clustering was established to obtain the optimal clustering results. The evaluation and decision of the optimal product conceptual design schemes corresponded to each customer clustering were realized by combining with the dominance analysis-based design schemes sorting method. Fast clustering of new customers and recommending process of its product design requirements were considered. A refrigerator innovation conceptual design scheme evaluation example was given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed method.
