摘 要:为适应新的工程教育培养目标,自主研制开发了微通道过程强化实验装置,并将该装置应用于教学实践。该实验装置包括微通道混合器和微通道换热器,可进行强化传质、传热的相关研究,具有流程可设计性、研究内容多样性的特点,适用于化工类本科生研究型实验教学。实验教学实践表明,该装置丰富了实验教学内容,有助于培养学生的创新意识和实践能力、提高学生的科研素质。Experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating engineering professionals ,and the development of the experimental apparatus is the primary task of the experimental teaching reform .To meet the new engineering education requirements ,the microchannel process intensification experimental apparatus was developed and has been used in the teaching practice .M icro mixer and micro heat exchanger are included in the apparatus which can be used to investigate the behavior of the mass transfer and heat transfer .With the arrangement being flexible and the research being diversity ,the apparatus is applicable for research‐type experimental teaching .The teaching practice shows that this device has enriched the experimental teaching content and has played a significant role in cultivating undergraduate’s innovative spirit and practical ability , and improving their research quality .
