摘　　要：为了解决果蝇杂交实验中存在的实验过程耗时长、处女蝇质量不高、果蝇性状识别不准确、F2代群体数量偏少等问题,探索出优选培养基、快速鉴定果蝇性别、高质培养处女蝇、扩大F2代群体等优化果蝇杂交实验教学的一些小窍门。In order to solve the problems in drosophila hybridization experiments such as time‐consuming , female drosophila not good enough ,identification of gender not accurate ,F2 population less to be chosen and so on .Some tips are explored to optimize drosophila hybridization experimental teaching such as optimal medium ,rapid identification of drosophila sex ,high quality of the virgins drosophilas ,expanding the F2 generation group ,etc .,which is beneficial to references .
