摘　　要：创新人才的培养需要高校、企业以及政府的共同努力。高等人才培养的核心在于创新实践能力的提升,既要科学引领,又能造福于民。结合欧洲高等院校实践人才培养的做法和特点,深入剖析了我国高等教育当前面临的问题和发展方向。The cultivation of innovative talents needs the co‐power from colleges and universities ,companies and the government together ,and the core issue is to enhance the ability of innovation practice ,which should not only improve the scientific technology ,but also benefit the life of people ,combined with the training methods and characteristics from the European institutions and universities .This article analyzes deeply the problems and the direction of higher education development in our country at present .
