摘 要:针对聚变装置高热流部件热沉用ITER(国际热核聚变试验堆等级)CuCrZr合金冷拔薄壁管近表面折叠缺陷,采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察分析了此类折叠缺陷的产生原因,并运用超声底波衰减法实现了对此类缺陷的无损检测,超声仿真模拟也证实了该检测方法的可靠性。结果表明:目视和涡流方法对检测聚变装置热沉用CuCrZr合金管的检测并不完善,为了确保管材的质量还需增加超声波检测方法。Folding det'ects were found at the near surface of the ITER grad (IG) CuCrZr cold-drawn thin walled tubes used as heat sink of fusion devices and the causes were studied by optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope. By analyzing the attenuation of ultrasonic bottom echoes, the defects were successfully detected, and subsequent ultrasonic simulations proved this method to be reliable. The testing process of this kind of defects indicates that the non destructive testing of the CuCrZr heat sink tubes by visual testing (VT) and eddy current testing (ECT) is not sufficient if without ultrasonic testing (UT).
