摘 要:通过冶炼过程中物料和能量平衡计算获得炼钢的主要物料消耗指标,提出了冶炼工序效益的概念及其计算方法。在此基础上,计算了废钢价格和废钢比的变化对转炉和电炉吨钢成本及工序效益的影响,通过比较分析,得到转炉采取高废钢比冶炼来提高工序效益的废钢价格范围及电炉效益优于转炉效益的废钢价格范围,并给出了转炉合理废钢比及电炉合理铁水比的大致范围。The main material consumption indexes were gained by material and energy balance in the process of smelting steel and the concept of efficiency of smelting process and its calculation method was put forward. On this basis, the effect of change in price of scrap steel and scrap ratio on process efficiency and cost of per ton steel of converter and electric furnace had been calculated. Through the comparative analysis, the scrap steel prices range that high scrap ratio of converter smelting can improve the efficiency of the process and that electric furnace efficiency exceed that of converter were figured out. And the approximate scope of reasonable steel scrap ratio in converter and reasonable furnace hot metal ratio in electric furnace were also given.
