摘　　要：胶原蛋白(collagen)具有特殊的生物学特性及物理特性,包括四级结构、低免疫原性、生物相容性、生物可降解性、止血性能等,这些特性是其广泛应用的基础。胶原蛋白与眼科某些疾病的发生发展有重要关系,比如圆锥角膜、结膜松弛症、高度近视等。本文综述胶原蛋白在眼科疾病方面的研究进展。Collagen protein has special biological characteristics and physical properties, including quaternary structure, low immunogenicity, biocompatibility, biodegradability and hemostatic properties and so on, which are the foundation of collagen protein being widely used and it has important relationship with the occurrence and development of some eye diseases, such as keratoconus, conjunctivochalasis, high myopia, etc. This paper reviews the recent progress of collagen protein in eye diseases.
