宫颈疾病及正常宫颈组织中Foxp3的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察正常宫颈组织、慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈鳞癌中Foxp3的表达及临床意义。方法选取病理检查结果为正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ级)、慢性宫颈炎及宫颈鳞癌各60例,观察Foxp3在宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果宫颈鳞癌与CINⅢ患者宫颈组织中Foxp3表达明显高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);宫颈鳞癌与CINⅢ组织中Foxp3表达无明显差异(P>0.05);正常宫颈、慢性宫颈炎与CINⅠ、CINⅡ之间Foxp3表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在宫颈癌和CINⅢ中Foxp3的表达升高,而在其他组中未观察到这种变化。Objective To observe Foxp3 expression and its clinical significance in cervical squamous carcinoma and precancerous lesions. Methods Tissues of cervical squamous carcinoma （SCC, FIGO Stage, 60 cases）, cervical intraepithe-lial neoplasia （CINⅠ, CINⅡand CINⅢ, 60 cases each type） human papillomavirus infection of cervix （HPV infection,60 cas-es） and normal cervix （60 cases） were obtained. The expression of Foxp3 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Foxp3 expression increased significantly in SCC and CINⅢgroups compared with normal cervix,HPV infection, CINⅠand CINⅡ groups （P〈0.01）. However, there was no significant difference between SCC and CINⅢ groups （P〉0.05）. Furthermore, there was no significant difference among normal cervix, HPV infection, CINⅠ and CINⅡgroups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Foxp3 expression increases in the cervix of SCC and CINⅢ,while it has no change in the cervix of CINⅠ,CINⅡand HPV infec-tion.
