摘 要:应用热重分析法考察了烟草木质素、纤维素、木聚糖的热解特性,并对烟草木质素与纤维素、木聚糖之间的协同作用规律进行了初步研究。热失重行为研究发现,烟草木质素、纤维素及木聚糖这3者的热解行为及热解深度存在明显差异:从室温至900℃,失重峰值对应温度从木聚糖(233℃)、烟草木质素(314℃)到纤维素(331℃)依次升高,纤维素的总失重约为97.2%,木聚糖总失重约76.9%,而烟草木质素的总失重仅为75.3%。热解协同作用研究表明,纤维素与烟草木质素的热解反应具有双向抑制作用,而木聚糖与烟草木质素的热解反应具有单向抑制作用。The pyrolysis characteristics of lignin from tobacco,cellulose are investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis and their synergistic rules are preliminarily studied.The thermal gravimetric analysis shows that there are significant differences among the pyrolysis of three components and their reaction depth:From room temperature to 900℃,the corresponding temperature of weight loss peak is improved from xylan(233℃),lignin(314℃)to cellulose(331℃)orderly,the total weight loss of tobacco lignin,cellulose and xylan is about 97.2%,76.9% and 75.3%,respectively.The study on the pyrolysis interaction effect of the three components reveals that the pyrolysis of cellulose has bidirectional inhibiting effect,however,the pyrolysis of xylan has unidirectional inhibiting effect.
