美军官兵国防语言能力战略的共核分析

摘　　要：美国陆、海、空三军的国防语言能力战略从语言能力、区域知识、对象国文化、跨文化交际能力等方面对美军官兵提出了相应的要求,为美军在不同语言、不同文化环境下执行多样化军事任务提供了有力保障。文中在介绍《美国海军语言技能、区域知识与文化意识战略》《空军文化、区域与语言飞行计划》和《陆军文化与外语战略》的基本结构和主要内容的基础上,归纳总结了三份语言战略在内容上的共核之处,并分析了产生这些共同点的原因和意义所在。美国陆、海、空三军对国防语言能力战略的高度重视以及对国防语言能力认识的不断更新为如何建设我军国防语言外语能力提供了启示和借鉴。Defense language capacity strategies of the US Army, Navy and Air Force put forward different requirements for their servicemen in terms of foreign language skills, regional expertise, cul- tural capabilities and cross-cultural eompetencies, so as to support US army operations in diverse lan- guage and cultural backgrounds. After making a brief introduction to the components and main con- tents of ＂U. S. Navy Language Skills, Regional Expertise and Cultural Awareness Strategy＂, ＂Air Force Culture, Region ~ Language Flight Plan＂, and ＂ Army Culture and Foreign Language Strategy＂, the paper summarizes the similarities of these three strategies in contents and analyzes the reasons why the similarities are caused and its significance. US Army, Navy and Air Force attach great emphasis to their defense language capacity strategies and constantly update their understanding of defense language capacity. The paper is intended to draw some references for building the PLA＇s foreign language ability.
