1例鼻腔鼻窦颌面巨大肌上皮癌患者的护理体会

摘　　要：1病例报告患者,男,56岁,主因＂左侧鼻腔阻塞、颌面部肿物2年余＂收入院。入院诊断：鼻腔巨大肿瘤。入院时体温36.5℃,脉搏74次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压110/60 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）。患者于两年前无明显诱因出现左侧鼻腔瘙痒、通气不畅,无鼻出血、头痛、流脓涕等症状。此后左侧鼻塞症状逐渐加重,左侧鼻翼出现肿物,Summary A patient diagnosed with myoepithelial carcinoma was recently treated in our department. The ne- oplasm was huge, located in the left maxillofaeial region, blocking both eyes, impeding feeding. About one month before admission, the tumor began to bleed frequently, about 100ml each time, causing headache, dizziness, fa- tigue, and cold sweats. CT showed the maximum diameter of the tumor was about 23 cm, with uneven density, and maxillofaeial bone destruction. MRI revealed internal bleeding and necrosis inside the tumor. After admission, blood routine test showed erythrocyte count 3.64 × 1012/L（ ↓ ）, hemoglobin 106 g/L（ ↓ ）, hematocrit 0. 320（ ↓ ） , serum iron 6.2 μmol/L（ ↓ ）. After surgery, the patient recovered smoothly.
