摘　　要：素质拓展训练是以提高心理素质为主要目的,以运动为依托,以培训为方式,以感悟为目标的一种兼体能和实践为一体的综合素质教育。淮安高级职业技术学校为适应当前德育工作新要求,深入分析中职学生的特点,创新德育载体,积极建设素质拓展中心,打造校内"体验式"德育基地,实施"体验式"德育,有效提升了德育工作实效性。Quality development training is an integrated quality education which takes improving psychological quality as the main purpose, practice as support, training as the method, and perception as the goal. In order to meet the new requirements of the current moral education, Huai＇an Senior Vocational ＆ Technical School undertakes in-depth analysis of the characteristics of secondary vocational students, makes innovation in the moral education carrier, actively builds the quality development center, establishes an ＂experiential＂ moral education base and implements ＂experiential＂ moral education, which greatly improves the effectiveness of moral education.
