摘　　要：招生选拔制度作为构建完整大学人才培养制度的一个重要层面,深刻影响着大学教育功能和人才培养目标的实现。博士生是当前高等教育"精英化教育"的典型代表。在博士研究生招生过程中实施"申请—考核制",体现了博士生培养精英化教育的要求,并为博士生培养的教育理念、教育内容和教育方式提供了导向。As an important aspect of university training, the enrollment system affects the achievement of the education objectives. Doctoral training is a typical representative of the ＂elite education＂ in higher learning. The ＂application-examination system＂ embodies the requirements for doctoral education and provides guidance for its concepts, contents of study and educational methods.
