摘 要:"气"作为中医学的一个基本概念,在病因病机阐述、临床诊断、治疗方法确定、方药选择、养生指导等多方面被广泛应用,但至今对于其科学本质的研究并未取得实质性进展。经深入整理分析发现一氧化氮(NO)在性状、来源、分布、功能等多方面与"气"具有相似性。既然有大量资料佐证NO与气存在着较为广泛的对应性关系,就有必要从临床角度对这种理论认识进行验证。故本文采用临床实验初步探讨了气与NO是否存在关系。实验结果虽然初步证明了NO与气之间确实存在某种联系,但从数值上看,二者并不是简单的对应关系,即NO的含量随着气虚程度的增减而升降。因此,对NO与气之间关系的探讨,需要进行更深入的研究,引入更多的指标体系,才能更好的反映两者的本质联系。Objective: Qi, as a basic concept in TCM, is extensively utilized in pathogenesis explanation, clinical diagnosis, therapies determination, formula selection and health promotion, but there has been no substantive development in its scientific nature. Thorough sorting and analyzing finds that NO is similar to Qi in characteristics, origin, distribution and function. Mass data have proved that NO has extensive correspondence relationship with Qi, which requires verifying clinically. This paper is to explore the pos-sibility of the relationship by clinical experiments, which proves that there is a certain relationship between NO and Qi, but numerus shows it's not just a simple correspondence relationship, that is, NO will ascend or descend with increasing and decreasing of Qi defi-ciency. The relationship between NO and Qi requires further exploration with more index system.
