响应面法在仪器分析实验课程中的应用

摘　　要：分析了《仪器分析》实验课程现状,研究了响应面法所用数据处理软件的学习和使用,探讨了响应面法在《仪器分析》实验课程教学改革中的应用并对教改效果进行小结。教改结果表明,响应面法与实验课程教学内容有机结合,使实验课程更接近科学研究和工程实际,提高了学生的学习积极性和综合实验设计能力,促进教学相长,获得了良好的教学效果。The current situation of the experimental course of instrumental analysis was an and use of the data processing software was researched. The application of the software in alyzed. The learning the teaching reform of the experimental course of instrumental analysis was discussed. The results showed that the combine of the response surface method and the experimental content enhanced the students＇ enthusiasm as well as their comprehensive experimental design capability, thus it promoted the teaching and learning. It also made the experimental course closer to academic research and engineering practice. The effect of the teaching reform was good.
