摘  要:[目的]为了明确叶面喷施矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑对红小豆幼苗硝酸还原酶活性的影响。[方法]以黑龙江主栽红小豆主栽品种小丰2号为材料,采用沙培培养方法,设不同浓度矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑叶面喷施处理。[结果]叶面喷施矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑均可促进红小豆叶片硝酸还原酶活性的提高,并且不同调节剂作用效果与喷施浓度关系密切。[结论]生产中,矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑较适宜的浓度分别为200、100、100 mg/L。[ Objective ] The research aimed to explicit the effects of foliage spraying chloride, paclobutrazo and uniconazole on NR activities of adzuki bean seedling. [ Method] Using sand culture method, with XIAOFENG 2 which is the main cultivar for adzuki bean in Heilongiiang Prow ince as tested cuhivar, different treatments with different concentration of chlormequat chloride, paclobutrazo and uniconazolewere were set to study the effects of three plant growth retardants on NR activities of adzuki bean seedling. [ Result] Foliage spraying chloride, paclobutrazo and uniconazole all shown positive promotion effects on NR activities, and promotive effect dependeded on concentration. [ Conclusion] The suitable concentration of chlormequat chloride, paclobutrazo and uniconazole in the production was 200, 100 and 100 mg/L respectively.
