摘  要:[目的]了解施用不同浓度的高效氟氰菊酯对滑菇生长状态的影响,以确定实际生产中该药剂施用的最佳稀释倍数.[方法]采用控制变量法,研究不同浓度的4.5%乳油状高效氯氰菊酯对滑菇C3-1和滑菇RH的菌丝体生物量、蛋白质含量和超氧阴离子自由基清除率等的影响.[结果]施用不同浓度的4.5%乳油状高效氯氰菊酯对滑菇的生长状态都有显著抑制作用,且抑制作用大小不同.当稀释倍数为4 000时,4.5%乳油状高效氯氰菊酯对滑菇C3-1和滑菇RH的生长都有相对较强的抑制作用;当稀释倍数为8 000时,滑菇RH的生长量、菌丝体的蛋白质含量和超氧阴离子自由基清除率均相对较高,均仅次于对照组;当稀释倍数为12 000时,滑菇C3-1的生长量、菌丝体的蛋白质含量和超氧阴离子自由基清除率均较高.[结论]综合分析,在保证高效氧氰菊酯除虫灭菌的药效情况下,4.5%乳油状高效氯氰菊酯稀释倍数以8000~12000倍为宜,此时药剂的使用对菌丝体生长的影响最小.[ Objective] In order to make sure the optimal diluted multiples of beta-cypermethrin in production, effect of different concentrations of beta-cypermethrin on growth of Pholiota nameko was studied. [ Method] Effects of different concentrations of 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC on mycelium biomass, protein content and superoxide anion clearance of Pholiota nameko C3-1 and RH strains were studied by using the control variable method. [ Result] The application of different concentrations of efficient 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC had certain inhibitory effect on growth of Pholita nameko. When the diluted multiples were 4 000, 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC had more strong inhibitory effect on growth of Pholita nameko C3-1 and RH strains. When the diluted multiples were 8 000, Pholita nameko RH had relatively high mycelium bio- mass, protein content and superoxide anion clearance, next to control. When the diluted multiples were 12 000, Pholita nameko C3-1 had rel- atively high mycelium biomass, protein content and superoxide anion clearance. [ Conclusion ] Under the conditions of ensuring control efficiency of 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC, the suitable diluted multiples of 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC were 8 000 -12 000, and had the least effect on the growth of Pholiota nameko.
