摘　　要：目的调查膀胱癌患者手术后的症状簇发生情况,探讨其影响因素。方法选取膀胱癌术后患者120例,应用一般情况调查表、中文版安德森症状调查量表进行评估。结果显示症状与症状之间存在相关性;膀胱癌患者的症状簇类别可分为2种类型。结论膀胱癌患者手术后存在多种症状,这些症状不断演变发展,聚集成群,构成症状簇,通过聚类分析,症状簇分为2种简化类型,分别进行护理,可提高患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate symptom clusters of patients in surgery therapy and analyze the related factors. Methods Total y 120 cases were samples, applied the MD. Anderson symptom survey of Chinese to evaluate. Results It had a correlation between symptoms each other,patients with symptom clusters were divided into two components. Conclusion Bladder cancer patients have many symptoms during surgery,these symptoms gather into clusters,constant evolving,a dynamic process,form symptom clusters. To divided into two simply components to care respectively,improve patient quality of life.
