摘　　要：目的规范外科临床用血病程记录,促进临床合理用血。方法评析310份手术科室用血记录缺陷病历,对其病程记录就用血指征分析、用血过程和用血疗效评价等提出整改意见。结果病程记录缺陷在用血的全过程都有分布,但失血量评估,用血指征分析是重点。结论手术科室临床用血管理需进一步加强,用血病程记录评价是促进其规范用血的有效手段。Objective To standardize the clinical use of blood and promote the clinical rational use of blood. Methods The clinical records of 310 surgical departments were analyzed,and the clinical records were analyzed by means of blood. Results The course of disease was distributed in the whole process of blood,but the blood loss was evaluated. Conclusion The clinical management of the surgical department should be further strengthened,and the evaluation of the course of the disease is an ef ective method to promote the use of blood.
