探讨消化内科护理的安全隐患及其护理对策

摘　　要：目的分析消化内科老年住院患者护理的安全隐患及护理对策。方法选取我院消化内科护理人员40名为对象,调查研究采取有效护理措施前后两个不同阶段的护理质量及患者满意度,分析解决研究对象护理安全隐患的有效对策。结果采取有效护理措施前,护理质量为45%,患者满意度为30%,不满意为70%;采取有效护理措施后,护理质量为97.5%,患者满意度为95%,不满意为5%。结论加强对消化内科护理人员的培训及管理对解决消化内科护理中的安全隐患有很大作用。Objective To analyze the safety hazards and nursing strategies of department in internal medicine. Methods 40 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction were investigated and analyzed in two different stages. Results Before taking effective nursing measures,the nursing quality was 30%,the patients satisfaction was 45%,and the satisfaction was 70%. After taking effective nursing measures,the nursing quality was 95%,the patients satisfaction was 97.5%,and the dissatisfaction was 5%,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the training and management of nursing staff in the department of internal medicine.
