摘　　要：目的：观察肝脏移植术后，应用免疫抑制药他克莫司（FK506）患者的临床评价。方法回顾性分析5例肝移植患者的临床资料，术后连续监测他克莫司血药浓度，观察术后2年内肝功能的生化指标。结果术后他克莫司血药浓度1～10 ng/ml，肝功能均正常或接近正常。结论他克莫司抗排斥反应疗效稳定，临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the liver transplantation, application of immunosuppressive drugs tacrolimus （FK506） in patients with clinical evaluation. Methods A retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 5 patients with liver transplantation, postoperative continuous monitoring of tacrolimus blood drug concentration, observed the biochemical indicators of liver function after 2 years. Results Postoperative tacrolimus blood concentrations in 1 to 10 ng/mL range, liver function is normal or near normal. Conclusion Tacrolimus anti-rejection reaction stable curative effect, clinical curative effect is remarkable.
