鸡卵巢癌的病理形态学观察与病因学研究

摘　　要：鸡卵巢癌是鸡的 1种高发性肿瘤 ,仅次于鸡马立克氏病 ,尤其在成年经产鸡群中 ,其发病率位于各种肿瘤之首 ,根据对 2 3例鸡卵巢癌的病理形态学观察表明 ,大多属于腺癌 ,癌细胞多为低柱状或立方体 ,单层或多层排列呈明显的腺管状。病因学调查发现 ,长期饲喂霉变饲料 。Hen`s ovarian carcinoma is one of the high occoured tumour,only next to the Mari's disease,especially in adult hen.The disease incidence is higher than other tumour.According to the Pathomorphology obserration of 23 cases,hen`s ovarian carctinoma mostly belongs to adenocarcinoma,and cancer cells are mostly low columnar or cube & shows single or multiple dimension arrange in an obvious adeomyoma.studying on pathgenicity was showed long-term raising mouldy feeds,the chronic inflammation of ovary,and excessrive sunight was the important factors lead to hen`s ovarian carcinoma.
