腹部闭合性损伤小肠破裂的临床诊断及手术治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探究腹部闭合性损伤小肠破裂的临床诊断以及手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院从2012年11月～2014年12月收治的腹部闭合性损伤小肠破裂患者50例，分别应用 X 线与 CT、腹腔穿刺、B 超进行诊断，对比检查方法的诊断准确率以及患者经过手术治疗后的临床疗效。结果通过研究表明，采用腹腔穿刺诊断，其检查出阳性例数为30例，阳性率为60.00%；采用 B 超进行诊断，其检查出阳性例数为32例，阳性率为64.00%；采用 X 线以及 CT 检查，其检查出阳性例数为40例，阳性率为80.00%。P ＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。经过手术治疗，50例腹部闭合性损伤小肠破裂患者均手术成功，其并发症发生例数为4例（8.00%）。结论对腹壁闭合性损伤小肠破裂患者进行 X 线以及 CT 检查，可以有效的检查出患者的病情，同时，采用手术进行治疗，临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the small intestine rupture of closed abdominal injuries in clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of clinical curative effect. Methods Select our hospital from November 2012 to December 2014 were 50 patients with abdominal closed injury of small intestine rupture, the application of X-ray and CT, abdominal puncture, ultrasound diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy and the checking method of contrast after surgical treatment of patients with clinical efficacy. Results Through the study, USES the abdominal puncture diagnosis, check out the positive cases of 30 cases, positive rate is 60.00%. Using ultrasound diagnosis, its check out positive cases for 32 cases, positive rate is 64.00%. Check out by using the X-ray and CT examination, positive cases for 40 patients, the positive rate is 80.00%. P＆lt;0.05, the difference is statistically significant. After surgery, patients with small intestine rupture were 50 cases with closed abdominal injury operation is a success, the complications were 4 cases （8.00%）. Conclusion Patients with abdominal wall closed injury of small intestine rupture of X line and CT check, can effectively detect the patient＇s condition, at the same time, the surgery treatment and the clinical curative effect are distinct.
