摘 要:目的探讨腔隙性脑梗死患者采用CT与磁共振的临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2013年3月-2015年7月间收治的腔隙性脑梗死患者60例,入院时分别进行CT和磁共振进行检查,比较两种方法检查结果。结果60例患者通过CT共检出104个病灶,而通过磁共振共检出305个病灶,通过磁共振发现的病灶数量显著多于CT,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.831,P〈0.05);CT检查的病灶中直径〉5mm和直径〈5mm分别占43.3%和56.7%,而磁共振检查的病灶中直径〉5mm和直径〈5mm分别占30.2%和69.8%。可知磁共振法对直径较小的病灶检出效果要优于CT。结论磁共振相比CT具有更高的分辨率,可及时发现腔隙性脑梗死早期小病灶,对于该病的诊断和治疗具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value in patients with lacunar infarction by CT and magnetic resonance. Methods in our hospital between March 2013 and 2015 July from 60 cases of patients with lacunar cerebral infarction, admission were CT and magnetic resonance are examined, comparing two methods test results. Results in 60 patients, 104 lesions were detected by CT, and 305 lesions were detected by magnetic resonance imaging. The number of lesions detected by magnetic resonance imaging was significantly higher than that of CT, the difference was statistically significant (t=6.831, P 〈 0.05). The diameter of the lesions in CT was 43.3% and 56.7%, while the diameter of the lesions was 30.2% and 69.8%, respectively. The magnetic resonance imaging method is better than CT in the detection of small diameter lesions. Conclusion MRI compared to CT has higher resolution can be timely found in patients with lacunar infarction lesions and for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease has a high application value.
