摘  要:为了测量线振动台的工作台面对运动直线的垂直度误差,分析了检测系统的各误差源,包括运动直线的三维移动误差、测试工具直角方尺的垂直度误差、寄生转动误差等。推导了测微仪读数与这些误差源以及移动位移之间的关系,并设计了误差测量方法,该方法补偿了直角方尺垂直度误差、振动台的寄生转动误差和径向偏移误差,分离出线振动台台面与运动直线的垂直度误差,提高了测试精度。To measure the perpendicularity of the linear vibration table's mounting plane versus the moving line, some error sources such as the 3D displacement error of the moving line and the perpendicularity error of the L-square are analyzed. The relationships between the readouts of micro-displacement instrument, the error sources and the parasitic rotation error are established. And an error measurement method is designed to compensate the perpendicularity of the L-square, the parasitic rotation error and the runout error of the linear vibration table, and the perpendicularity of the mounting plane versus moving line is extracted from the readouts of micro-displacement instrument. Finally the measurement accuracy is raised.
