摘 要:采用正交实验法优化出高温铜红釉的基础配方,在此基础上研究了硅钙比、硅铝比及铜锡比对釉面和呈色的影响,采用SEM和色度仪等测试手段对釉的显微结构与呈色效果进行了表征。结果表明,铜红釉呈色良好的配方为:石英35%、高岭土10%、碳酸钙18%、氧化铜0.5%、氧化锡1.2%、钠长石20%、钾长石15%。随硅钙比的升高,釉色由紫蓝色调向红色调变化,并且析晶趋势逐渐变大;硅铝比对釉面呈色影响较大,在硅铝比为12.16时a*为最大值26.93,此时,釉面呈色鲜艳均匀、效果良好。随铜锡摩尔比的增大,色度值a*先增大后减少,在铜锡摩尔比为1.2左右时,釉面呈色效果良好,光泽较好。High-temperature copper red glazes were optimized by using orthogonal experimental method. Effects of Si/Ca, Si/A1 and Cu/Sn ratios on coloration and appearance of the resulting glazes were investigated. SEM and colorimetry measurements were employed to characterize the microstructure and the coloration effects of copper red glazes. The results indicate that the optimum recipe for the copper red glaze is as follows: quartz 35%, kaolin 10%, calcium carbonate 18%, copper oxide 0.5%, tin oxide 1.2%, Na-feldspar 20%, K-feldspar 15%. Hues of the glaze changed from purple blue to red with the increasing ratio of Si/Ca and crystallization tendency turned to be gradually increasing. Si/A1 ratio has a significant influence on the coloration of the glazes. When it reaches 12.16, the max a* value is 26.93, with which the glazes are of bright colors and good uniformity. However, with the increasing ratio of Cu/Sn, a* value primarily increases and then decreases, with a high quality of appearance and high glossiness when Cu/Sn is about 1.2.
