法律赋能诊所的目标定位——兼谈中国地质大学法律诊所的相关实践

摘　　要：法律赋能诊所是一种将法学实践教学与法律赋能相结合的新模式。该诊所模式以诊所学生和接受诊所服务的当事人为中心主体,通过法学实践教学活动赋予上述两大主体的法律权能为出发点和归宿点。这种定位与国家教育方针、社会人才需求和学生个体全面发展具有契合性。中国地质大学法律诊所秉承法律赋能理念,坚持资源环境法律人才培养特色,并进行了有益的赋能实践教学活动。Legal empowerment clinic is a new model which combines practical teaching with legal empowerment. The students and the clients in the clinic are its central subjects. Empowering central subjects through legal practice teaching is its starting point and destination point as well. This position is consistent with the national education policy, social tal- ent demand and the all-round development of individual students. China University of Geosciences law clinic adheres to the concept of legal empowerment and training characteristics of environmental law personnel in the practice teaching activity of legal empowerment.
