促进科技型中小企业的国际政策比较研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国经济发展依然保持着良好的势头,这其中很大程度上有着科技型中小企业的功劳,科技型中小企业的蓬勃发展对整个社会经济中起到了显著的提升带动作用,但我国科技型中小企业的发展依然处于起步阶段。本文试图通过对国外政府促进科技型中小企业发展的政策进行梳理总结,在此基础上提出相关政策建议,希望能对促进科技型中小企业发展的扶持政策提供一定的借鉴。In recent years, China＇ s economic development has maintained good momentum, which is largely credited to the sci-tech-typed SME （small and medium enterprise）. The SME development plays a significant promoting and lead- ing role in the whole social economy. But the development of SME in China is still in its infancy. This paper analyzes and summaries the foreign government policy to promote SME development, and thereby puts forwards some relevant policy suggestions, hoping to provide some reference for the support policy promoting the SME development.
