乌榄果和皮水提取物对大鼠冠脉流量影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌榄果、皮水提取物对离体大鼠冠脉流量的影响,寻找最有效的药用部位。方法:采用langenendorff离体心脏灌流法,通过MedLab生物信号采集处理系统,以生理盐水作对照,观察乌榄果、皮水提取物对大鼠冠脉流量的影响。结果:给药前,各组组间均无显著性统计学差异。在给药后1min起,生理盐水对照组冠脉流量呈现递减的趋势,10%乌榄果、皮水提取物组冠脉流量均表现为增加,持续至给药后5min,10min开始减少,呈现先增加后减少作用,与生理盐水对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),10%乌榄皮水提物组作用与果水提取物相似,给药后3min、5min冠脉流量增加与生理盐水对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:乌榄果、皮水提取物有增加大鼠心脏冠脉流量的作用,果水提取物持续作用时间较长。提示乌榄果和皮中含有扩张冠脉作用的活性物质。Objective：Investigate the effect of liquid extract of Canarium pimela Leeth .fruits and liquid extract of Ca-narium pimela Leeth .skin effect on isolated rat ex vivo cardiac perfusion and find the most effective medicinal parts . Methods：Use langenendorff ex vivo cardiac perfusion technique ,through the MedLab biological signal collecting and processing system ,using physiological saline as control ,to observe the effects of Canarium pimela Leeth .fruits ,Cana-rium pimela Leeth .skin extracts on coronary blood flow in rats .Results：Before treatment ,there was no statistical difference between the groups .After administration of 1min ,the coronary blood flow of the physiological saline control group showed a decreasing trend .The coronary blood flow of the 10% liquid extract groups increased until 5min after administration .After administration of 10min began to reduce ,so the effect increased first and then decreased .There was significant difference between the control group with normal saline （P〈0.05） ,the 10% liquid extract of Canari-um pimela Leeth .fruits and the 10% liquid extract of Canarium pimela Leeth .skin were similar .After administration of 3min ,5min increase in coronary flow has significant difference between the control group and normal saline （P〈0.05） .Conclusion：The liquid extract of Canarium pimela Leeth .fruits and the liquid extract of Canarium pimela Leeth . skin increase the coronary flow of the heart function of rats ,but the liquid extract of Canarium pimela Leeth .fruits was longer duration .Canarium pimela Leeth .fruits and Canarium pimela Leeth .skin contain active substances dilation of coronary artery .
