摘　　要：磁共振弥散张量成像（diffusion tensor imaging,DTI）是在弥散加权成像基础上发展起来的一种新的成像方法,近年来也用于抑郁的研究.本文将从DTI成像原理、DTI在抑郁症的病因研究和观察脑微结构改变,以及以其观察抑郁症治疗效果及展望等方面阐述DTI在抑郁中的研究应用及新的观点.Diffusion tensor imaging （DTI） is a kind of new imaging method that developed form the diffusion-weighted imaging, and it has also been used in studies of depression. This article would summarize the imaging principle of DTI, DTI in the etiology study of depression and observation of brain micro-structure changes, and its usage and prospect in observation of the efficacy for depression, to elaborate the application of DTI in depres-sion researches and some new ideas.
