摘　　要：模块化结构的ICT测试治具由测试模块、针板模块、载板模块和盖板模块组成。测试不同的PCB时,只需更换个别零件,其他绝大部分零部件不需变动。四个模块可以独立进行维护,不影响其他模块,当单个模块出现故障时,可以单独拆下进行维修。这种模块化结构的测试治具,缩短了更换治具时间和产品生产制造周期,降低了治具的制作费用。The ICT test fixture of a modular structure is introduced, the fixture consists of the test module, probe plate module, support plate module and cover plate module. Test the different PCB, only need to replace the individual parts, most of the other components do not need to change. And the four modules can be maintained independently, does not affect other modules, when a single module fault occurs, can be removed for maintenance. The test fixture of the modular structure, shortening the replacement fixture time and manufacturing cycle, reduce the production cost of fixture.
