摘  要:目的探讨急性胰腺炎患者出院后饮食管理对急性胰腺炎复发的影响。方法对489例急性胰腺炎患者进行营养管理,将患者按其出院后是否遵从饮食管理分为两组:研究组281例,为出院后遵从饮食管理者;对照组208例,为出院后不遵从饮食管理者。比较两组急性胰腺炎患者的复发情况。结果研究组急性胰腺炎患者复发率为8.9%,对照组为15.4%,两组比较P<0.05,研究组显著低于对照组;对照组复发患者中,22例(68.8%)复发前有不当饮食。结论专业营养师对出院的急性胰腺炎患者进行饮食管理可减少本病的复发,对饮食管理依从性较好者复发率更低。Objective To explore the impact of dietary management on the reoccurrence in discharged patients with acute pancreati-tis. Methods Dietary management was performed to 489 cases with acute pancreatitis, who were divided into 2 groups:research group including 281 cases obeying dietary management after discharge and control group including 208 cases disobeying dietary management after discharge;the reoccurrence of acute pancreatitis in the 2 groups was comparatively analyzed. Results The reoccurrence in research group was 8.9%, much lower than that in control group (15.4%), there existed a statistical difference between the 2 groups (P〈0.05);out of the cases of reoccurrence in control group, 22 cases (68.8%) had improper diet before reoccurrence. Conclusions Dietary manage-ment by professional nutritionist in cases with acute pancreatitis after discharge can reduce the reoccurrence, which may be even lower in cases obeying dietary management.
