摘　　要：交换机的承载能力和网络的运行情况可通过话务量的测量和统计来进行,通过对流入话务量、完成话务量等事件的统计测量,可以得出网络的繁忙程度、小区的优劣状况以及小区的服务等级(GOS)等,为通信网络的规划和运营维护提供长期帮助。The switch＇s carrying capacity and the network operation conditions can be known through traffic measurement and statistics. Based on the statistics and measurement of inflow traffic and completed traffic, we can know how busy the network is, the advantages and disadvantages of the community and the grade of service. This has a long-term help for the planning, operation and maintenance of the communication network.
