摘　　要：针对开放式精品示范课堂的要求,本文从教材体系、课堂开设方式、考核体系、微课建设等方面对电工技术课程进行改革,形成理论-实践-项目渐进式培养模式,培养了卓越工程师应具备的创新能力、思维能力和工程意识。In allusion to the requirements of open excellent demonstration teaching, the paper proforms teaching reform of the teaching material system, class open way, inspection system, micro course construction in electrotechnics course, form the theory - practice - project progressive training mode, cultivate the innovation ability, thinking ability and engineering consciousness that the excellent engineer should have.
