摘　　要：作为社会工作专业人才培养目标的核心手段,社会工作的实习教学一直倍受专业教育工作者的关注。本文以北京青年政治学院社工专业的实习教育发展变迁以及现阶段社区发展涌现的新处境为例,分析和反思了社会工作实习教学中的可行性途径,即以"专业认同""能力导向"为专业实习教育的核心,以规范化实习流程为手段保障实习质量,以"实习社工"身份为学生寻求服务平台、以"购买服务"为手段建构督导团队。Field based education is a signiifcant component of the professional education in the speciality of social work, and is an effective model of training social work professional talents. It has caught the educators’ attention all the time. This paper sets out to analyze the status in the ifeld education of social work. Then it discusses the construction of ifeld education model with local characteristics, which is especially based on the practice of ifeld education in the speciality of social work in Beijing Youth Politics College.
