摘  要:目的探讨血小板活化在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)发生、发展中的作用。方法对80例活动期UC患者(UC组)、20例健康对照者(健康对照组)采用ELISA法检测血浆中血小板活化指标D-二聚体、P-选择素、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-ketoprostaglandin,6-K-PGF1α)、血栓素B2(thromboxane B2,TXB2)的水平,比较两组、UC不同严重程度和不同分型间的差异。结果与健康对照组相比,UC组血浆中血小板活化指标D-二聚体、P-选择素、6-K-PGF1α、TXB2均明显升高(P<0.01);随着UC严重化程度的增加,血小板活化指标升高,且轻度组、中度组与重度组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);慢性复发型及慢性持续型较初发型UC患者各血小板活化指标均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 UC患者血小板处于活化状态。血小板活化通过释放多种炎性介质维持结肠黏膜炎症,促进UC的发生、发展,这可能为血小板活化拮抗剂治疗UC提供一定的理论基础。Objective To investigate the role of platelet activation in the development of ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods D-direct, P-selectin, F1α(6-ketoprostaglandin,6-K-PGF1α)、 , thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in plasma of pa- tients with UC(UC group) and healthy eontrols (healthy control group) were detected by ELISA. The differences be- tween two groups, subgroups of the severity and clinical types were compared. Results Compared with healthy control group, the markers of platelet activation in plasma D-dimer, P-seleetin, (6-K-PGF1α) , TXB2 of UC group were signif- icantly increased (P 〈 0.01 ) ; their expressions were associated with severity and clinical types of UC (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Platelet activation involved in the development process of inflammation plays an important role in the path- ogenesis of ulcerative colitis through releasing kinds of inflammatory mediators. This maybe provide a theoretical basis for platelet aetivation antagonists treating UC.
