摘　　要：以食管鳞癌(esophageal squamous-cell cancer,ESCC)为主的食管癌在我国发病率位居世界前列,而其病因尚未明确,本文主要针对ESCC和食管腺癌(esophageal adenocarcinoma,EAC)的病因和危险因素的研究现状及其研究进展作一概述。The rate of esophageal cancer is very high in China, especially for the esophageal squamous-cell cancer （ESCC） , but its etiology remains unclear. In this article, the etiology and risk factors of ESCC as well as esophageal adenocarcinoma （EAC） , and the progress of related research were reviewed .
